Train your body and mind with exercise programs designed specifically with peri/ menopause and beyond in mind.
Invest in yourself with 2 hours a week of exercise 1 MetCon/Strength Training class and 1 Pilates class.
Your body is changing, learn how to support it through the menopause with fitness classes designed specially for you.​

Metcon/strength training helps:

Develop strong bones and reduce the risk of osteoporosis

Increase metabolism to help burn more calories and aid weight lose

Low impact therefore reduces injury to joints and pressure on pelvic floor

Improves mood and sense of well being.

Added with Pilates will help to:

Improve core strength, reduce back and hip problems

Work on strengthening pelvic floor

Increase flexibility, improve sleep and reduce stress.

This year I am offering this new exercise program for £60 per month.
(8 classes per month).
