FITNESS OFFER 2025

Train your body and mind with exercise programs designed specifically with peri/ menopause and beyond in mind.

Invest in yourself with 2 hours a week of exercise 1 MetCon/Strength Training class and 1 Pilates class.

Your body is changing, learn how to support it through the menopause with fitness classes designed specially for you.​

Metcon/strength training helps:

  • Develop strong bones and reduce the risk of osteoporosis

  • Increase metabolism to help burn more calories and aid weight lose

  • Low impact therefore reduces injury to joints and pressure on pelvic floor

  • Improves mood and sense of well being.

Added with Pilates will help to:

  • Improve core strength, reduce back and hip problems

  • Work on strengthening pelvic floor

  •  Increase flexibility, improve sleep and reduce stress.

​

This year I am offering this new exercise program for £60 per month.

(8 classes per month).
